The Good Potter Message
The Good Potter is Kelvin Crosby's live pottery message: watching a lump of clay take shape on the wheel while hearing how God has shaped Kelvin's own life through hearing loss, vision loss, addiction, and suicide survival. As the clay turns, Romans 5:3-4 comes to life: suffering produces perseverance, perseverance produces character, and character produces hope.
This video begins at the 50-minute mark of Session 3 of the 2026 Naz Youth Conference, when Kelvin takes the stage to present the Good Potter Message to a sports arena of more than 10,000 people at the Salt Lake City Convention Center. The message uses a lump of clay on a pottery wheel to show how a life can be shaped by God, even in the broken and pressed-in places.
